BYU Game

Ben and I got a babysitter last week and went out on a date! Well, sort of. :) We took this cutie with us and went to the BYU vs. TCU men's basketball game last Saturday. It was lots of fun and the Cougs pulled off a great win. Here is the scoreboard with 4 minutes to go.

Brooke was adorable through the whole game. She was so good! After the game we went to dinner with some friends from church. Then we went home and found the house quiet and full of sleeping children!

Happy Birthday!

My hubby turned the big 35 last week! Wow, hon, you're old. ;) JUST KIDDING! We were in Utah for his birthday so we didn't get a big celebration or anything. I took him out to lunch and then we sang to him on his birthday, but there were a lot of other family things going on. Last night we had a little birthday party for him with dinner, cake and candles. It was fun and I hope he felt special, even though he doesn't really seem much into birthday details. :)

Hubby Praises

Tonight we had the missionaries over for dinner and Ben made almost the entire dinner himself (the hardest parts). He made awesome manicotti and even made key lime pie for dessert! It was great! Everyone loved it and I was very grateful to him for being willing to do that. Then after dinner he put together my new bookshelf for my office so I can finally get the boxes unpacked--Yippee!!! Thanks hon! I love you!
